Kooshie, Sheamus and Paddy lure unsuspecting lizards to the screen door.
While mentioning teeamwork, I got to run with HouseHold 6 this morning. It rarely happens that I get off work to spend the time with her on training days and while the chillin's are in school. She knocked out 10 and I logged 12, not all running ... but all good solid efforts. We also got one mile in of walking a the school when we took our youngest in.
Bottomline: 8 miles running, around a 8:10-8:20 pace.
