What do you do when the doctor isn't going to be in? I guess that means, I'll run! I went all over main post ending at dawn to get up to work and make my way back out to the House of Heroes home that we are working on.
Marked firsts: When I hit the 1 hour mark I was at 8.57 miles. It is an improvement over earlier runs, and a notch closer to getting 9 miles in one hour. I think I'll try to accomplish that before, or on or about October 10th; my birthday!
Bottom line: 9.55 miles in 67:32 at an AVG 7:05 pace.
