Today is a sea day, contrary to the picture showing us in port in St. Thomas.
We will be making stops at St. Maarten, St Kitts and St. Lucia. That gives us two "sea days" of cruising down and two more comming back, which are awesome!
On sea days you can just sit back, let the kids go to "camp," play games and just relax. Of course, I always wake up when "Bob" does, so I'm out on the deck running. (Bob = big orange ball.)

I ran on our cruise last year while we were heading into a stiff headwind. It equated to what seemed like hill training, and then like flying.
